Truagh Choir Concert - The Jungle Book.

The Truagh Youth Choir, under the direction of Emily and Ellen McMeel, staged The Jungle Book in Clara Hall on Saturday and Sunday, Feb. 16th and 17th 2013. A packed Hall enjoyed a beautiful story presented most professionally with excellent costumes and set on both occasions. I attended on the Sunday afternoon performance and it was standing room only as every member of the Choir performed their parts and entertained. It was a huge cast and for them it was a brilliant opportunity for so many to experience a public performance and it will do wonders for their confidence and build great friendships among them. Things like this will be remembered for decades. Emily and Ellen deserve the highest praise for their achievements with the Choir.
