For more information please contact Julie on 0851553095. Operation Autumnation 2018 kicked off on Monday 17th September with over 100 people signed up for the six weeks, we have been blown away with the large numbers. We have a busy schedule for the six weeks, on Mondays we have two classes of kettlebells, Tuesday morning for the early birds at 6am is Pilates with Train with a Treanor. Tuesday and Thursday nights we are on the road with Gavin, Micheal & Carol for a mixture of intervals and long runs. Wednesday night is back to the hall for two classes of circuits with Adam, Friday evening and Saturday morning we get to relax and unwind with yoga with Rachel. Sunday 23rd we headed out to Bragan Mountain for a brilliant walk/jog. On Sunday past Gavin took us out on a 20K cycle from Glaslough to Middletown,Caledon and back to Glaslough. It was a fantastic mornings fun. We are halfway through week 3 already, numbers at all classes has been brilliant. There is still a busy few weeks ahead, we will be finishing off on Saturday 27th October with a bus trip away to a ‘surprise location’ I have attached some photos, as they say ‘a picture paints a thousand words’
