Belles Creative Christmas.
Congratulations to the Emy Belles on a very successful and lovely event in Emyvale Leisure Centre on Sunday, Dec 5th. A great crowd braved the icy conditions and enjoyed a leisurely stroll about the Centre Main hall where locals displayed their talents with the creation of things Christmas. I am afraid to mention anyone in particular as I am liable to leave someone out but well done to all involved. What a great social occasion it was too as people chatted, nibbled, savoured, admired, learned, questioned, took note, relaxed, sang and simply enjoyed a wonderful evening. The one thing missing was members of the male species. There were a few, five to be exact, but males would have enjoyed the fare too - so Belles - you will have to entice more men to attend next year.
