Truagh V Monaghan Harps in Championship

Once again I thoroughly enjoyed a great competitive game of football in Rooskey on Sunday, July 29th when the Truagh girls faced the might of Monaghan Harps in the semi-final of the county championship 2012. Truagh were dominant for most of the game but were unable to translate that dominance into sufficient scores to put the game out of the Harps reach. The Harps put up a great struggle but had to yield in the end.
