St. Patrick’s Corracrin Concert: Its that time of year when drama and concerts are big attractions and schools use the occasion to bring out the talent within their walls and to develop confidence in the pupils as well as letting the world know what pupils can achieve. St. Patrick’s Corracrin NS have performed in St. Patrick’s Church, Corracrin, in recent times and their 2019 production was staged there on Wednesday, December 11th to a packed house. All classes were involved and each of them entertained like professionals. However I must single out the youngest members who were absolute stars as not only did they sing with mighty volume like all the others but they had to act and deliver the script of the birth of Christ, which they did with great confidence and talent. School Principal, Mr. Richard Baxter, welcomed all at the beginning and thanked all at the end and he should be proud of the performances of his pupils and all spectating appreciated the work done by the teachers and assistants in bringing out the marvellous talent on display during the entire concert. It was a great opportunity for the pupils and it is something they will remember to tell their grandchildren. Well done everyone.
