Helen Steele and the Jolly Joggers: Earlier this year Helen Steele presented two lucky Joggers with some of her latest fashion and this week she presented four outfits from her latest collection. Indeed her designs are in great demand and sell out very quickly. Our pictures show Helen making the presentation. Two more lucky winners of a draw, Bernie Woods and Una McAree, had the choice of item. Bernie was unable to attend the presentation but Christina Murraycollected the item for her. In the top picture from left: Geraldine McAnenly, Margaret Holland, Geraldine McAree, Una McAree, Helen, Christina Murray, Kate McAree, Siobhan Larkin and Monica Flood. The image below that shows Geraldine and Christina presenting Helen with a Jolly Jogger’s cap and T-Shirt. So Helen is now officially a member of the Jolly Joggers. She is certainly keeping them in top class fashion and catching the eye wherever they go. Geraldine McAree expressed the sincere thanks to Helen on behalf of the Jolly Joggers and said that the Joggers are delighted to be associatied with Helen and her fashion and wished her every success. Word is that Helen has a new Collection in the making - so keep an eye and an ear out for the launch of that. You could also keep an eye out for the annual Jolly Joggers Table Quiz which will be coming up in mid- September, This is always a fun night and always attracts a big crowd. The money raised at the Quiz is used to pay for the expenses incurred by the New Year’s Day Run so that all the funds coming in from the Run will go to the selected charity.
Dunnes Stores Reveals Helen Steele’s Third Collection at its Autumn Winter 2019 Womenswear Showcase Event Dunnes Stores today launched the much-anticipated Autumn / Winter 2019 athleisure collection from Helen Steele at its ‘One Woman, Many Lives’ showcase event. The collection is comprised of comfort-driven athleisure that wearers will throw on first thing in the morning and feel relaxed in all day. Following the success of her previous collections for Dunnes Stores in January 2019, Helen returns with her third athleisure offering. The collection includes a high-quality mix of leggings, t-shirts, sweats and rain gear that will complement every woman’s wardrobe. Longevity is key in this collection and the belief that modern sportswear should not be disposable. The pieces are transitional meaning with layering, it’s possible to bring the collection right through to Spring Summer and beyond. Helen’s theme for AW19 collection with Dunnes Stores is ‘All In’, meaning whatever the day brings, whatever the weather, whatever your size, we’re all in this together. Colour, as with all Helen Steele designs, remains key and the scheme is based on colour therapy and the application of technicolour, which creates a hugely vibrant and uplifting balance with each wear. Speaking about her second collection for Dunnes Stores, Helen Steele said: “Print domination is what we do best, using a unique blend of colour therapy and painterly prints, our collection is designed to see you through years to come. It is our brand DNA to create prints that do not fall out of fashion as we see our clothing as something that is built to last, to be handed down or kept forever, certainly not to be disposed. “Our partnership with Dunnes Stores is of great importance as I believe it’s leading the rapid evolution of the fashion and sportswear markets. The Dunnes Stores woman inspires my collections always, I see her walking and running on the rural and city roads, I see her at matches and I see her training. I am continually inspired by her.” The new Autumn / Winter 2019 collection from Helen Steele has been on sale and is available to purchase from selected stores and online.
