Truagh Ladies Conquer Corduff. Truagh Ladies put on a brilliant display of football to conquer Corduff in the Division 2 League final played in Drumhowan. There were many stars on the team but it must be agreed that the powerhouse play of Caoimhe Mohan got vital scores and encouraged the rest of the team to greater effort. A big crowd attended and the cheering and yells of support from the side lines was deafening but the Truagh voices were clearer and helped to keep the players focused on winning. Niall Treanor had the honour of presenting the cup to the Ladies and he could not hide his delight at having to do it. Congratulations to the girls on a fantastic win against tough opposition and a special word for the Manager, Anthony, who had the team well trained and eager for victory. Congratulations too to all the youngsters who participated in the challenge games at the interval. There are some great players on the way up and some of them will some day be collecting the cup for Truagh.
