Some time ago the members of the local Ramblers Club organised a Sponsored Walk in memory of Owen Keenan and Harry McQuillan. It was decided that the money raised would be donated towards the Tydavnet Community Defibrillator scheme, so that another Defibrillator would be available in an emergency. Last weekend Bernie Monaghan and Friends handed over a cheque to the Defibrillator Committee mebers. Also present were members of the Keenan and McQuillan families, including Harry’s mother, Margaret.
