Monaghan Ladies V Donegal in League
Monaghan Ladies had a convincing win over neighbours Donegal on Sunday, April 3rd in St. Mellans. This was their last game in the League proper and their record is in tact. There were times at the beginning that the Monaghan lassies were finding it difficult to judge the wind to score points but when Ciara McAnespie netted with a fabulous shot after good play the team seemed to settle down somewhat and begin to take control of the game. In the end victory was secure and the deserved the win.
